Ebyan Bihi

R.B.A, (Ont.), BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Ebyan is a Registered Behaviour Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience supporting children and adolescents with autism and diverse developmental needs. She is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based behaviour services that are individualized to each child and family.

Lesley Rogers

R.B.A, (Ont.), BCBA

Director of Clinical Services

Lesley is a Behaviour Analyst registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She has extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages, including those with autism. She is deeply passionate about the field of ABA and dedicated to providing services that empower both individuals and families.

She believes that learning is a lifelong journey—one that she continues to model in her own career. With an accomplished background in business and graduate-level training in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Lesley brings both expertise and compassion to every aspect of her work.

Sarah Libertini

Speech Language Pathologist

Sarah (she/her) is enthusiastic about helping clients find their voice, express who they are and connect to their community. She has a special interest in early language development and neurodiversity affirming therapy. Sarah has more than 10 years of experience working with toddlers, kids and teens. In her free time she loves reading, cooking and hanging out with family.

Supervised Instructor Therapists

Our Supervised Instructor Therapists bring a diverse range of education, experience, and perspectives to their work with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental differences. Working under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst, they implement individualized, evidence-based ABA programming designed to build meaningful skills in communication, independence, daily living, and social participation.
